“As of June 30, 2026, our principal sources of liquidity were cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments totaling $12.1 billion. As of June 30, 2026, cash and cash equivalents totaled $6.8 billion, which included $3.3 billion held by our foreign subsidiaries. Cash and cash equivalents consist of cash on deposit with banks and interest-bearing accounts and highly-liquid securities with an original maturity of 90 days or less. As of June 30, 2026, short-term investments totaled $5.2 billion. Short-term investments primarily consist of highly-liquid investment grade corporate debt securities, time deposits, mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities, U.S. government and government agency debt securities (“government bonds”), certificates of deposit, and commercial paper.
